- You may redistribute the official scans as long as you (1) do not alter the archives or PDFs in any way, (2) do not claim the work as your own, and (3) link back to VandomScans. ALL three conditions must be met. Any violation will result to an instant permaban. (Note: You may repost our links or use your own filehost.)
- You may not redistribute the fan-translated scans in any way. Although related, it is a separate project from VandomScans. Please do not ask permission here because it will not be granted. Any violation will result to an instant permaban.
- Do not PM a staff member asking when an issue will be released. Our services are done for the love of W.i.t.c.h. at the expense of our own free time and resources. Any violation will result to an instant permaban.
- Activate your account. Accounts not validated within 7 days will be deleted without warning for lurking dark forces... err... spambot protection.
- Maximum avatar size is 100x100px. A default avatar will be automatically placed if you do not designate one in your profile.
- Maximum signature size is generally 500px in width and 150px in height. An exact size is not required; as long as it does not ridiculously stretch the board, it may be allowed.
- No advertising of your website in the forums (including private messages) except in your profile and/or signature only.
- No spamming. Replies such as "I agree" or "LOL" is considered spam. Please use the "Report to Mod" function to notify staff of spam posts and they will be promptly deleted.
- No double-posting. Please use the "Modify" button instead.
- No thread-jacking. Try your best to keep discussions on topic. While there will be leniency for this rule, please do not purposely derail the thread.
- No flaming, trolling, or bullying in any form. It will not be tolerated and will be punishable by warning, account freezing, or permaban depending on the severity of the offense.
- No excessive foul language. No adult material. These are punishable by warning, account freezing, or permaban depending on the severity of the offense. Keep content PG-13.
- Although unlikely, no religious discussions or debates. We all have our own beliefs. Threads of such nature will be automatically LOCKED.
- Post in English only.
